When to make the move into a relationship?

I know some girls like that who would actually do that to a lot of guys at once. So make sure she is actually single and not looking at anyone else FIRST. Give it some time to get to know her and when you feel a little more comfortable ask her out to dinner and then thats when you guys should have that "Talk" :)
