Bin Laden's death - legal questions...?

i'm not an attorney.but i would guess military laws... he was shot as a spy that mastered the Attack on the united states of america.we have it on tape from his own mouth..our seals where in uniform so if the pakistanies want to go to war over our going into there country to take care of business..then go ahead we are a democratic country we will let them have at it.50 years from now we will say i'm sorry for not asking first but we were in a hurry and acted on Instinct and we hope we can work this out..that's why most people don't like politicians,they are to darn political..
