A couple of questions about Gaddafi being wanted by the ICC?

The ICC is a joke and who does in purport to represent ? ( the axis of evil ) America, Britain, France, Australia . It is about as Independent as one-eyed Manchester United supporter, just another useless bureaucracy with a fancy name , who's representatives spruke any old crap just to make themselves feel important.
