D&D 3.5 feat question?

I'm making a new character for a campaign that my DM wants to try. In this new game I'm gonna be a monk and two feats that I want to get along with monk belt are improved natural attack, and superior unarmed strike. But my DM told me that I can only get those if I can find the book there in I'm pretty sure that they are in at least one book cause I've seen multiple threads about that feat combo. so the thing I want to know is if either of those feats are in any of the D&D 3.5 rule books. Thank you
