Hypothetically could an unarmed 200 lb caveman take a 80 lb wolf in a fight to the death?

I want to remove the objection that modern humans don't have the mindset for a fight like this. We know cavemen would have the survivalist mindset to suck it up and snuff a wolf if they had to. What are the odds that in a 1 vs 1 fight the nature hardened human would defeat the wolf?
