Where can I apply for a security guard license in PA?

I have 2 1/2 yrs experience as a security guard. I recently saw an article that unarmed guards are now to be licensed in PA. It is a 40 hr course then a test. I have looked online and can't find anywhere that I can apply or sign up to do the course. Does anyone know?
