Why does my ex girlfriend continue to talk about me?

Pretty much, I met this girl during the summer before freshman year and we really liked each other. We broke up a lot but we always had a strong attraction to each other. I could say that we honestly loved each other. She was there for me when I got cut by glass and was close to dying from blood lost. So now, this is the summer before junior year and now she talks **** about me. I dont get it. She says that I was a bad kisser, my penis was small and all that other childish stuff. Like she was not complaining at all when we were together so its kinda funny. She actually used to compliment me all the time about my lips, the way I kiss and my size. I don't really care, because I moved on to better things but why is she doing this? Also, we dont even go to the same school. -__-
