Why is there no Gay Pride Parade in Daytona Beach Florida?

I mean,I'm 18,I have been out and proud for 5 years and I see all of these really cool parades and videos online about them in Ft Lauderdale and in other cities/states...but I don't understand why we can't have one in Daytona....is there anyway to put one together?
