Is Dalai Lama a buddist?

Everybody with half a brain knows that it is impossible to live without your actions causing harm to some living being. Absolutely impossible. The Dalai Lama is a wise man who understands the difference between spiritual absolutes and reality. He also understands that killing a mass murderer who not only never repented of his actions but continued to plan and order attacks over an additional 10 year period was both realistically and absolutely an excellent turn of events even if at the time he was executed for his crimes he was armed only with his unrelenting hatred and indomitable desire for the spilling of innocent blood.
