I walked out of Pizza Planet with a bloody nose after i said The 6 Navy Seals should goto jail for murder?

I was just talking amunst myself, and somebody over heard me, I said that those navy seals and obama killed an unarmed man, and should goto jail, and i was assulted. Can I file a lawsuit? Should i file a poilce report?
