What is wrong with me?

I'm 17 years old and have never been kissed or even asked out. I'm 5'8", 118 pounds, with long blond hair, a good smile, and an average face. I have really great hygiene, I take pride in my appearance, I always smell great, and I wear makeup every day. I have a lot of friends and many of them are guys but they just never see me as more than a friend. I have a really good personality, I always make people laugh, I listen, I can keep conversations going on for a long time, and I am a genuinely caring and nice person. Is it just that guys never take me seriously, am I just to simple to notice, or what?
